We extend our Returns time frame in order to accommodate customers that wish to start their Holiday Shopping early. Items that are purchased from October 1st, 2011 through December 23rd, 2011 for Holiday Gifts have an extended time frame for returns. Items bought during that time may be returned up till January 23rd, 2012. Items being returned need to be in New Condition with tags attached. Call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Having your order number (it will be on your packing slip and order confirmation email) will help expedite the process as we need it to look up your order. If you prefer to do a size exchange on a gift item we will be happy to assist you if the item is in stock.

REGULAR POLICY:

We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of receipt of item after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs. Please note some Custom Made items such as Gasoline Glamour ladies Leather Vests cannot be returned or exchanged. .

We are happy to assist you with approved exchanges made within 15 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

Payment Policy:

Payments for Orders on our check out site: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal on our secure check out site. Customers within the United States may also pay via Money Order or Personal Check. International Customers in Australia or Western Europe may pay via credit card on our site as long as their credit card company verifies addresses or they may choose Paypal or Amazon Checkout. Customers from other International locations should choose Paypal for making payment. Please contact us with any questions.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all purchases shipped to a California address.

We normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy:
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. U.S. Customers may choose to upgrade to Express Mail during check out.

Most International Shipments ship via dhl or Express Mail. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/duties imposed by their country.

Orders normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment - often the next day.

All shipping prices include insurance.

Please note that the seller cannot guarantee delivery times on International shipments. International Buyers are responsible for any customs fees / duty charged by their Government on incoming shipments.
