The Skull and Crossbones design is a Metal pendant with a skull and crossbones on black leather in a metal setting that is sewn onto the cuff for a wicked fun look. The Skull medallion measures 2 1/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches.

A Mens size (also good for gals with larger arms) that is 7 3/4 inches wide - tapers to 6 1/2 inches and is 4 inches high.
